When there are concerns that a person’s care needs have changed the home would arrange for a Best Interests meeting and as a result of this meeting, it may be decided that the home can no longer care for their needs and a nursing assessment would be carried out. <br><br>An activities co-coordinator has now been recruited after many months without one. We are carrying out the required pre-employment checks-references and DBS and once completed this person will commence employment which will greatly enhance the quality of life for the residents in the home.
