Thank you Mark and for your kind words.  It has been a delight to have your mother in law stay with us and she has indeed made many new friends.  She is always responsive to staff in a friendly manner and she engages well with the daily activities.  Thank you for recognising that the staff are organised and go about their roles without any fuss.  We love our residents and are like one big family.
