At Deer Park View, we take great pride in listening to our residents, relatives and friends and ensuring we deliver high-quality care and facilities. We operate a No Smoking Policy in the majority of our garden and communal areas which we enforce for the benefit of all our residents and guests. We do have a designated Smoking Area which was made available and we have taken note of your comments that you feel this was not the most appropriate setting. <br><br>We are pleased to report that we have a rolling ongoing maintenance programme to ensure that our high standards of service both internally and externally can be properly maintained.
