Thank you very much for taking time to complete this review. <br>I have reviewed your mother's care and am satisfied that staff have delivered the level of care that they have been allowed to. We have recently recruited a new member of staff on the activities team to support the coordinator. We have on-going reviews of our rota with staffing levels even across the week. We have got an open door policy where you are welcome to discuss any areas of concern with regards to your mother 's care whenever you visit the home. <br>Please feel free to come in to discuss any concerns at your next visit.
