We certainly take your point in respect of agency staff, however, this has been unavoidable in recent months. I can tell you that we have an extensive recruitment drive underway, with the key objective, of only using agency in extreme/unavoidable circumstances. This is obviously imperative to our residents, improving their quality and continuity of care.
