A daily afternoon tea trolley offers hot and cold beverages and freshly baked goods to all bedrooms and lounges, and drinks are available on request throughout the day and night.  I can confirm that all our staff have had manual handling training.  Unfortunately, some prescribed medications can contribute to overall tissue fragility and may cause skin to bruise and wound easily. The home manager operates an open door policy and also holds a home surgery the first Wednesday of every month; she would welcome a meeting with you should you wish to discuss your concerns more fully.
