Thank you for your feedback regarding staffing levels on our Dementia Unit. We appreciate all feedback received, so that where applicable, actions can be taken to improve our services.  <br>Staffing levels are calculated according to Resident dependencies, and the allocation of staff is reviewed daily by the management team in the home. The deployment of staff on each unit is the responsibility of the person in charge and is reviewed on a day to day basis. Where Resident’s needs are assessed as higher, staff are allocated appropriately to meet the needs of our Residents. Again this is reviewed daily by the Manager.
