I would like to start by thanking you for your comments, we are very pleased to see that on the whole, you find the services we provide to be good. <br>In response to the comment you have made about our staff turn over, unfortunately, care tends to be a transient industry in which staff do move around. Over the last year Wellburn Care Homes have been concentrating on improving our recruitment and retention procedures and hope that going forward this will provide more stability in the staff team. <br>Many of the staff who are now leaving are doing so for career development and are able to do this due to the training and experience they have received through Wellburn Care Homes, we wish them all well in their future careers.
