Thank you for taking the time to complete a review card regarding the kind care your Grandad receives at Hollymere House and I hope your experiences of visiting Grandad has helped to alleviate some of the anguish often felt when loved ones move into a nursing home.<br><br>Maintaining our resident's independence is a key priority of ours although, the advancement of certain medical conditions can have an impact; the nursing team are available to discuss this aspect of Grandads care with you.<br><br>I hope you have noticed that new carpets are in the process of being fitted in all of the corridors and lounges and we have also recently renewed the lighting. We take great pride in the way we present our home and gardens and our rolling programme of refurbishment is designed to maintain a homely environment within our busy care home."
