As General Manager at Leah Lodge, I am disappointed to read this feedback, particularly as I have not met the visitor who submitted the review or had the opportunity to discuss the matter in person.  We recognise that mealtimes are of huge significance to the older people who live with us and I am confident that the food served here at Leah Lodge is of a consistently high standard, nutritionally balanced use good quality, fresh ingredients.  Food choices are very individual and I have personally met with the resident concerned on several occasions to discuss their mealtime preferences.  Our chef also regularly holds meetings with the residents as a group to plan menus which reflect the seasons and offer variety and choice.  The team at Leah Lodge is united in the desire to make a difference to the lives of the people that live with us and welcome feedback in order to develop and improve our service.<br><br>Belinda Watson, General manager, Leah Lodge
