I appreciate the sincere review and we are looking at recruiting an activities coordinator as the current activities coordinator will proceed on maternity real soon and mostly off work. we will work hard to integrate the care staff to carry out activities with residents regardless of activities coordinators.<br>The maintenance book has been introduced so that any concern about the state of repairs is followed up and signed off by the home manager and the maintenance officer.
