Our current staffing ratios are correct as per HC-One guidelines and CSSIW guidance.<br>We review our dependency levels on all floors on a regular basis and on September 29th 2017, a new dependency review was undertaken and completed by the Home Manager and Deputy Manager and sent to the Area Director for review.
