Staffing levels at the home are achieved with the use of a standards tool approved for reviewing the dependency levels of the individual residents at the home.<br>This is monitored by the Home Manager at least weekly or when there are admissions to the home or changes with residents care needs, with the assistance of family members attending care reviews.
