The relative is very happy with the care provided at Melbury Court and we are reassured that the resident is happy. The worry had been created around asking the relative and resident about food preferences as we had been updating our current information. <br>In doing this, the relative was worried that people wouldn’t know her mum's preferences. <br><br>The relative had been asked about this previously and thought changes were being made.  We like to keep the information up to date and after discussing with the reviewer they are happy with the outcome.
