Thank you for taking the time to review Mulberry Court.<br>It is pleasing to note that you are satisfied with the overall standards of care that your family member is receiving.  <br>Regarding your comments about medication; it is our responsibility to ensure that every person living at Mulberry Court is offered their prescribed medications at the appropriate times and that they are as comfortable as possible whilst staying with us.  <br>I will continue to discuss with my colleagues how we maintain and improve upon the effectiveness and quality of the service we provide, and your concerns will be raised as part of those discussions. <br>I also want to reassure you that staffing levels in the home are regularly reviewed and considered in the context of residents' needs, and adjusted where necessary. <br>All the feedback we receive is important and valuable, helping us to maintain and develop a high-quality service, striving to deliver compassionate care to our residents.
