Thank you for your review.<br><br>Parkside Care acquired Northlands in March 2017 and as you note we have started a major refurbishment program. Our investment in the fabric of the building will make the home fit for purpose and improve facilities for both residents and staff.<br><br>We have also undertaken a staff survey and have made some improvements to staffing levels and conditions for staff.  We will continue our development program with guidance from staff meetings and resident forums.<br><br>Our new nurse call system can monitor the response times of staff and the management will be reviewing this closely.
