Thank you for taking the time to review our home. We acknowledge the issues you have raised and we have already taken steps to make the necessary improvements.  Our Area Operations Manager is now running the home, working to a detailed action plan and managing rotas to ensure safe staffing levels.  In addition, we have six full-time carers currently undergoing training and recruitment is ongoing.  Activities provision is also being reviewed as part of the action plan.
