Unfortunately, at times some Residents do become poorly and as The Rowans is not a nursing home, some may need to transfer to a nursing home where their nursing needs can best be met and they can be effectively supported. Communication is a key component in running an efficient service and so we hold a weekly Manager’s surgery which allows relatives to meet with the Home Manager at specific times. The Manager does have an open door policy and would be happy to discuss any issues you might have.
