Thank you so much for your review and the positive comments made in relation to our care staff within our Intermediate Care Unit. Our ethos is to provide kindness in care at all times and we are delighted that you found them to be excellent and we have relayed that to them.  However, we are of course disappointed that you found the medical coverage, not to your expectations and we have passed this to the NHS.
