We’re grateful for your feedback and are delighted with the positive comments for the care and support we provide. I would like to assure you that our levels of staffing are always suitable to meet the needs of all our residents seven days a week, and also overnight, to ensure we’re always providing high levels of both care and activities. To put your mind at ease, the staffing levels at weekends are the same as during the week, although there is less administration staff on duty during the weekend.
