Firstly can I thank you for taking the time to complete a care home review card. I am extremely sorry that you visited your friend and experienced an unpleasant odour in the care home.  We work extremely hard to keep the building clean and odour free for our residents to live in and feel like home.  The equipment in the care home is provided for a specific resident and is not for communal use.  I have taken on board your comments and we will endeavour to ensure you receive a better experience in future visits.
