We are currently reviewing our staffing to ensure that not only are the physical needs of our residents met, but also their emotional and recreational needs too. <br>Our staff work as a team and the dynamics of their skill mix and knowledge help them to support our residents. Staffing ratios are based on resident dependency which is regularly reviewed to ensure the appropriate number of staff in the home. The Home Manager operates an open door policy and would be happy to discuss any concerns you may have.
