Thank you for your feedback. The team will be very happy that you are pleased with the care provided to your mum and the facilities. It’s great to hear feedback on other aspects of our service. We offer to change the bed if people staying with us don’t find their current one comfortable. This was offered at the time but not taken up.  We try to respect the wishes and dignity of anyone staying in our home and do encourage changes of clothing where appropriate. In this case, your mum chose her own clothes for the day, which the team felt needed to be respected. Thank you for your positive comments, we were very happy that your mum stayed with us when visiting her friend and would be pleased to welcome her back at any time – if she decides to stay with us again, we’ll try to make her favourite meal as dining should always feel special.
