I am also delighted that you have found our team to be competent and caring.  <br><br>Temperature levels in our home are monitored and we are aware that residents have different views on what temperature is comfortable for them.  We have addressed the issue of open windows and are working hard to maintain a comfortable temperature within the home for everyone.
