It's a lovely story to read and we're all really proud of the role that the Care Team at The Manor has played in it. Moving into a care home is frequently a stressful process for residents and family and friends alike - everybody naturally worries that they might not be doing the right thing. More often than not, because the process is handled at a pace to suit everybody, it is the right thing and we see positive outcomes as you have described in your review. It's really important that people share these positive experiences, as you have done, as it will help to reassure others who find themselves (often with little forewarning) at the start of the process.
