Our meeting regarding your concerns was most helpful and I believe you are happy with the actions agreed and you now understand the reasons for the changes implemented to ensure we continue to provide the level care you have always been able to expect. We also talked about the Residents/relatives meeting held within the home which gives you a chance to be involved in the running of the home and I reminded you of the “have your say” boards which always serve as a useful tool to gain regular feedback.
