As you may be aware, we have a new manager in post who is reviewing many aspects of the service, including team levels to support residents and communication. Thank you for your positive comments about our food. Our menus are created through a feedback process involving all of our residents and any specific dietary requirements are reflected on what’s offered on a daily basis. Each resident has their own ‘food passport’ so that the home understands dietary requirements and also favourite foods and meals. This is updated to reflect resident feedback and changing care needs, including if someone is diabetic. As ever, we have an open door policy and would be pleased to chat to you at any time.
