Pearlcare prides itself on providing the highest standard of care at Sandford Care Home. This is evidenced by the many excellent reviews on Care Homes website and contained within the last local authority inspection report, which notably took place at the time this review was submitted and directly contradicts the content of this review. <br>Despite all attempts made, Pearlcare were unable to resolve complaints raised by a family member, during a short 4 week respite period for her parent, and are disappointed with this review.
