Many thanks for taking the time and trouble to share the positive and caring comments regarding the care of your mother at Tree Tops Court Care Home. It is so touching to read that you valued the input of the staff team so highly and I am sure that once your comments are shared with them, they will be moved as well. Just picking up your point about lighting, bedside lights are available in most rooms but in some instances replaced with residents own to make rooms more personalised. I will be sure to ask the Home Manager to check that all rooms have bedside lights and should they have been removed at the resident request, they are replaced at an appropriate opportunity.
