Thank you for your taking the time to provide a review of Brooklands Care Home.  We appreciate feedback in order that we may further improve our Services.  Paperwork is a requirement and a necessity to ensure that all aspects of Care are monitored and reviewed, thus ensuring the complete well-being of each and every person within the home.
