Following a meeting with the family concerned they are very happy with the home overall and commented on the many improvements that had been made since their family member has been staying at the home. The comment regarding 'some carers do not treat her aunt with respect' was a reference to one occasion several months ago when her aunt made a comment about one carer and does not appear to have happened again.  Food is always discussed in our Residents meetings and recently we have been complimented on the choice and standards. Menus are planned with nutritional value, variety and colour in mind. Trips out are a priority, however, the recent weather has made this very difficult. We do have our own minibus and welcome support from our relatives to enable us to take more people out when trips are planned.<br>I assured the family that we continue to strive to be better and thanked them for their feedback.
