We are very careful when we look to recruit new staff and it is very important that they meet our values with regards to caring for the residents of Digby Manor.  As you will be aware we are blessed with some long-standing staff who have been at Digby Manor for over 20 years and they are the cornerstone of the home and epitomise excellent care.
