Dear A S, <br>Thank you for your kind words about our care and activities at Cliveden Manor; our care team and activities team will be delighted to hear your comments.  We have a number of types and size of suite, for differing tastes and budgets; our residents are more than welcome to move to a different suite if they wish and I will ensure that all of our residents are aware of that.  Our care model at Signature is for us to provide the care our residents need or want at the time they require it.  To cover staff absence or holidays, this can mean we have agency staff.  We use only one agency and all our agency staff are in a 'pool' of carers who frequently work with us, so we are able to provide continuity of care to our residents.
