Please, may I just correct that we have a mixture of "wetrooms" and bathrooms (with Apollo walk-in baths), each room is decorated differently to each person's personal needs. <br>I am sorry that you also felt our activities are only satisfactory; especially when we make such efforts to take your father out on one-to-one trips as his choice - only this week taking him to his favourite restaurant in Stenning which is an hour's drive away. We try to provide activities for each person as an individual and we know that not everyone enjoys group activities. We do our best to accommodate a variety of choices and are sure that no other homes go to such lengths to take people out on one-to-one trips.
