It is much appreciated.<br>Due to the problems last summer with the lift, we installed 2 stair lifts in November 2017, with a 3rd stair lift to be installed by March 2018, as a back up to the main lift, covering all 4 floors. In addition, the lift mechanism was partially upgraded in August 2017, with the upgrading to be completed after the installation of the 3rd stair lift. The main lift is already a lot more reliable.
