Thank you for your feedback, we are aware you were unhappy with some aspects of the meals and in particular the meat when you wrote your review, which is why we set up the test panel with a new butcher supplier providing samples for residents to try. Since the Supplier Review, on Sunday 29th January we are delighted to hear that you feel the meat has "greatly improved".
