Thank you for your review and feedback.  We encourage our Residents to personalise their rooms with personal possessions, so they feel more at home.  The conservatory area can get busy when we have an entertainer, however, there are many other lounges and seating areas for our Residents and their families to enjoy.  The car park is regularly checked by staff to ensure only visitors to the home are using the spaces.
