Thank you, Susan, for your comments. I must apologise if you felt that you had a negative experience at Westerleigh, however, I am pleased to see that you did find that the staff were kind towards your mother. I know you did raise some concerns while your mother was a resident with us and I can only apologise that you felt they were not dealt with appropriately. We have recently introduced a new daily living sheet which has greatly reduced the time that is spent completing paperwork, and this has resulted in staff spending more social time with residents. I would again like to thank you for bringing to our attention any concerns that you have, we are always looking for ways to improve the service. I am glad to see your mother has settled well in her new home and I hope she continues to receive good quality care.
