As a home we pride ourselves on meeting the needs of all of our residents and on this occasion we were clearly unable to meet this residents needs, and clearly notified Social Services of this within 48hrs of admission. All the comments that Susan P has raised within this review have been received within the home as part of a formal complaint and have been addressed by the Provider who has submitted an outcome report to her. She has been advised that if she is not happy with the outcome as with all people she has the right to forward her complaint to the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman.
