We are sorry that you feel the staff are sometimes rushed off their feet, however, our staffing levels are based on Resident dependencies. This is monitored daily and supported with a minimum of two walk arounds by the Home Manager to ensure that staffing levels can support Resident needs. We certainly encourage staff to sit and have chats with our Residents as often as possible, although care intervention must take priority. At busy times it may seem that staff are rushed however this is to ensure they meet all the Residents' needs in a timely manner. The Home Manager visits Residents throughout the day stopping to chat with them, relatives, friends and professional visitors, and our Wellbeing Coordinator ensures a program of planned daily activities is available.
