It is great to hear feedback on other aspects of our service. Laundry is a key area of the home that we are currently working on improving to enable it to run smoothly with the high volume it receives. Security has also recently been reviewed, as a result, the reception area is now locked after office hours.<br>With regards to housekeeping, our team follow cleaning schedules which are reviewed frequently and we hold monthly meetings with relatives and residents to discuss any concerns. Further to this we operate an open door policy and would be pleased to chat to you at any time.
