We appreciate it must have been frustrating when belongings had been misplaced. <br>We will ensure that all staff are aware of which residents clothing is for home wash and this will be clearly displayed in residents bedrooms. <br>We are also currently trialling a new net bag system for residents laundry which we hope will reduce the likelihood of items being misplaced.
