Your feedback is important to us, as is the care and well-being of all of our residents. We take great pride in ensuring we deliver high-quality care and facilities to make a difference to our residents and their families lives.
Due to a change in our management, resident and family meetings have been restarted and are now held quarterly, with the first being on Friday 13th April. We operate an open door policy here and everyone is welcome to come and have a chat, raise questions/concerns with the management team anytime. We also have monthly community meetings which our residents may join in with.
Those living within Independent living at Sunrise of Frognal receive Independent Living - a lifestyle that can be independent of any care service apart from meals, maintenance and housekeeping services. Independent living is like living in your own home, but without the worry of maintenance, household chores or cooking. Therefore care services are generally sources externally if wanted and not here at Sunrise of Frognal. All of which is explained before and during a resident moving in with us.
