Thank you for your kind review.  I have noted your concerns regarding your brother sometimes requiring more assistance in the morning.  We would assess his ability on the day so as to promote as much independence as possible, however, perhaps if this is not meeting his full needs anymore, we will assist him in the mornings on a daily basis so we can meet his needs 100%.  I am glad you have seen improvements in the care home.
