We were not aware of reports of lost or damaged laundry and will now investigate this immediately. Our team do use electronic devices in the households to record essential care and support information in real time, and they are trained and encouraged to monitor residents as discreetly as possible. However, our practice development facilitator carries out regular observations to ensure our team is attentive to the wellbeing of our customers as their first priority and we will continue to provide coaching to promote best practice.
