Following your concerns raised, the management team carried out a full investigation and relayed our findings to you via letter on 23 April 2018. Since that time we have continued to engage with our Residents to ensure we listen to their needs fully, and the staff team are receiving training and mentoring in their roles as carers to ensure they deliver the best possible care for all our Residents. Staffing levels in the home are continually monitored and reviewed and we increase the levels depending on the needs of our Residents. The cleanliness of the home is monitored closely and we endeavour to ensure it is kept clean and free from malodors at all times.
