Thank you for your kind comments about staff and activities. I am so sorry that your other experiences fell short of the very high standards that we expect at HC-One. We are looking at ways to improve the laundry service and again I apologise for any inconvenience caused, I can understand that it would be very upsetting to have other people’s clothes in your Mum’s room. Unfortunately, we have been unable to locate the Bible that means so much to you.  I know that we can never replace the sentimental value or the hurt caused by the loss of the Bible, however, by way of apology we have posted a lovely new Bible to you and we hope that this will give you some comfort.
