Thank you for your concern raised regarding the door entry code. All our units are key-coded to ensure the safety of our Residents. We are currently experiencing problems with the intercom system and our property services are looking into this and believe that this will be resolved soon. In the meantime, I have informed staff to be vigilant at all times and ensure that the door is opened in a timely manner.
