Thank you for your review; we value all feedback as this helps us improve our service where required.  We review staffing numbers in relation to the dependencies of our Residents using a recognised industry ratified dependency tool. Dependencies are reviewed monthly and we will continue to monitor staffing levels daily. We are currently implementing a whole new training programme for all staff which focuses on all aspects of kind care, including meaningful interactions with Residents.
