We are also really pleased to hear that you feel the care staff are competent, pleasant and caring. They work hard to ensure all residents are safe, happy and comfortable and can enjoy the ‘homely feel’ that you refer to.
We are very sorry that the television was not working properly in your mother’s bedroom. We work hard to ensure that all facilities at the home are well maintained and available at all times, but clearly, in this case, it took longer than we would hope to resolve and apologise for this not being attended to sooner. We are pleased to confirm that the television has now been fixed/replaced and are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused whilst not working properly.
